Price of $578, please best answer me if you like my build. I had to skimp on some stuff to fit in the graphics card for those games.I'm trying to build a good gaming PC?
I looked at Gluttonys' build. It looks decent however, you will be unable to run crysis with it.

I also noticed a few flaws.

The first one is the case, the case is absolute trash and needs some serious reconsideration. Here is a case that I trust.

It comes with a PSU, you can keep it if you want but it is pretty much trash. So I would buy this one as the one that Gluttony listed was also below a HC gamers' standards.

Consair is the best manufacter of PSUs. This may bea 550W and not a 600W, but it will run like a 650W and it will last 2x longer aswell. Trust me on this.

It's a bit of an increase in cash, but not much, trust me on this, if you want to run stuff, get it. Crysis still will run badly, if you want you could get this Graphics Card

Its a little more expensive but will run all of those games listed very well (and crysis pretty well).I'm trying to build a good gaming PC?
your gonna need more than that!
To run all that SMOOTH you will need more then 600, maybe about 800 if possible. To build a computer you need the following: pc case, floppy disk drive (optional, but nice to have), hard drive, dvd drive, processor, processor cooling fan, motherboard, memory modules (RAM), Power Supply, video card, and a keyboard and mouse. The sound card will most likely be built into the motherboard you purchase. An awesome guide on how to build a pc is located here at http://www.pcmech.com/byopc/ If you would like me to elaborate, don't hesitate to ask, I will edit my answer and tell you everything you need to know.
