Current video game trade-in value.?

I live outside of town and was wondering if it would be worth my time and gas to trade in 3 ps3 games at Game Stop so I can buy another one. I know I could probably get more on ebay, but that's not my question.

My "local" Game Stop won't tell me how much store credit I can get over the phone for some reason, so, does anyone know how much they will currently give in store credit for the following Playstation 3 games?

Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion Game of the year edition

Dragon age origins

Untold legends Dark Kingdom.

Thanks.Current video game trade-in value.?
Gamestop is intentionally vague so you go there anyway, and hence feel more pressured to sell to them. They actually have the worst rates of anyone, which is why they fabricate reasons for not telling you how much it's worth. Trading anything in to Gamestop is lunacy, and done by people who don't know of any better place for immediate reward (as in, not selling it oneself).

Amazon still has the best trade-in rates, by far, bar none. They very often offer half of what it would normally be worth retail. Gears of War 3, for instance, is worth $30. They also take a wider variety of titles and accessories, and will gladly take older games from you. If they're worth anything, they'll be worth decent credit. Certain older titles (e.g., Cannon Spike and Power Stone 2 for Dreamcast) that are rare and valuable don't slip by them, and they'll offer you quite a bit for them. They pay for the shipping, and will ship back anything that doesn't fit without any cost to you.

I always use Amazon to trade things in. The rates are astronomically better, and they don't lie to you like Gamestop does. All three of the games you mentioned are worth next to nothing, most likely under ten dollars for all three, at Gamestop. All of them are older titles that just aren't worth anything to them anymore.Current video game trade-in value.?
Dude, don't trade in your games to get one. Very dumb trade, I would know because I traded in my x-box 360 games, DS games, DS Lite AND x-box 360 and only got $117.65 for all those games, system, AND hard-drive. Better off selling them to a pawn shop for that value. The games I gave in that year were:

Gears Of War 2

Army of Two; The 40th Day

Left 4 dead 2

Samurai Shodown SEN

Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass

Drawn to life

And only got bullshit credit for them. KEEP YOUR GAMES!!
