Looks like you haven't tried:

"Fushigi Yuugi" and "Ayashi no Ceres"= both are created by the same awsome author, Yuu Watase. The storyline behind Fushigi Yuugi is amazing by the way. The best romance anime EVER in my opinion.

"Maburaho" is pretty good two= about magic, harem

"Buso Renkin"= also good (includes alchemy and lots of adventures)

"This Ugly Yet Beautiful World"=sweet. funny

"I My Me! Strawberry Eggs"=FUNNY! loved it

So i see you've seen "Onegai Teacher". How about "Onegai Twins"?

Well, if you like mecha, then try:

Gundam Seed (amazing anime! I love it!)

There is also Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, which is sort of like a continuation from CardCaptor Sakura (same characters, but in a different world with different stories. Also intermixes with xxxHolic)

You said you watched xxxHolic, but i don't know if that means you have watched xxxHolic Kei.



Although it wasn't one of my favorites, you could try watching D.N Angel.



Another good one is Buso Renkin. Also, for mecha again, there is Fafner of the Azure: Dead Agressoer (Really good!)



For animes that are like Fruits Basket, try Ouran High School Host Club, Special A and Gakuen Alice. And if you like romance animes, I would suggest watching Shugo Chara! (A bit childish)



An interesting anime, to say the least, is Lovelss (Okay, but not one of my favorites)



For a fantastic romance and action anime, I suggest Fushigi Yuugi (By far the GREATEST anime I have ever seen!)



Two other good action ones are Wolf's Rain (interesting) and Inuyasha, (which is really good, but also really long).
