Well, you can't really build a deck around this, the best options I see here are:

However this only gives you about 3/4 of deck, for fillers just add light and dark with high ATK and/or DEF but that don't need tribute or that don't have an effect that is not beneficial to them and stick to the hope to get out your Chaos Sorcerer quickly.

i agree with the first person it is impossible to make a good deck i am seeing potential for a good light and dark chaos deck, a good warrior deck spell and traps are good enought so i would sit down and read them and see what works better for u
