I'd pick the ones with split screen multiplayer so more people can play at once. Halo Reach, ModNation, Gears, Black Ops, and maybe Little Big Planet if you're going to have younger kids playing too.
I'm going to try and pick a good variety... since noone has the same taste as anyone else. Ultimately you want all multiplayer games. Noone wants to be left out, right? Here's my advice:



For those who like racing games:

10. forza motorsports 2 (It's fun... I played it)



For those who like WAR!!!! RAWR!!!!

23. Call of duty world at war (I'd say MW2 or Black Ops... but I didn't see them in the list)



For the creative people (and the kids):

5. Little big planet game of the year edition (Way fun... way awsome)



For the Sports fans:

77. Madden 11 (everyone loves football, right?)



For those who like the recently classics (or just don't like COD):

50. halo 3 (Can't go wrong)
