"To see it, is to believe it"...?

#1=If a church in medieval times saw the skeleton of a dinosaur it is assumed they'd think it was a dragon skeleton, but neither a dragon nor a dinosaur was ever mentioned in the bible, if they believed such a thing existed, wouldn't that be going against the bible, which is something holy men do not do?

#2="Legend is what is told when the truth is too dangerous"

The legend was that dragons enjoyed stealing fair maidens and guarding gold and treasure. So what was the truth? Was this a cleverly constructed fairy tale based on the findings of dinosaur bones in the Dark Ages...or something else?

Call me crazy, but this is pretty interesting."To see it, is to believe it"...?
OK, so first question, there is a mention of a dragon/dinosaur type animal in leviticus, i belive it is called the monitour. ther is also, in revelation a direct referance to the word dragon rev:12,v. 3, 4,7 9 13,16 and 17; 13 v 1,2,4 and 11; 16:13, and 20:2 and for question #2 the dragon is chaseing a woman, so that is probably where some of that came from."To see it, is to believe it"...?
I like you."To see it, is to believe it"...?
pass the doobie man
You are wrong, Believing is seeing, haven't you ever read Tales of the Kingdom? #1, there are dinosaurs in the bible, I don't remember where in, but it was there.

#2, I believe people make stories very simple than through the years it gets exaggerated.
